3. Return Process

Return Approval: Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
Shipping the Item Back:
- Customers must ship the item back to our address (provided upon approval).
- For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, customers bear the return shipping charges.
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
